  • How can I get a status on my repairs or purchases?

To get status its easy. Just send in your request to our Repair or Sales department and they will instantly provide you with the requested status and should you wish to be kept informed on a regular basis they will provide you with a weekly status.

 

  • Does Satori has a Cage code number?

Our Cage code number is L7024.

 

  • What type of certificate will I get with my repaired unit?

The certificate provided is an Authorized Release Certificate also called TCCA 24-0078 which is approved by Transport Canada. This certificate is valid in the United States as per the bilateral agreement between the two countries and in other countries with whom Transport Canada has agreements with. Note that it is also valid in the majority of Europeen countries as it references our EASA 145 certificate approval. To find out if this certificate is valid in your area contact your Aviation authorities.

 

  • Will having to go through Canadian customs have an impact on the time it will take to get my parts?

Not at all. With all major carriers, shipments from Canada to the US and vice versa are delivered next day.

 

  • How can I proceed with the payment of my repairs or purchases?

Payments can be made either by check by mailing it at 4105 Cousens Street, St.Laurent, Qc, Canada, H4S 1V6 attention Accounts Recevable or by wire transfer. Wire transfer information is written at the bottom left of your invoice.
