Satori's contribution to the
environment
The
environment has always been of a big
concern amongst the employees here
at Satori. Over the years, they
have shown their interest in the
environment in a lot of creative
ways. Satori has been recycling ink
cartridges for many years now, re-using
shipping containers and packaging
materials, replaced paper files for
plastic reusable ones and the IT
system has been improved not only to
better track repair and sales orders
but also to drastically reduce our
paper consumption. Satori also has a
strict procedure for the disposing
hazardous material.

Constantly seeking

announce it has started to use WebEx
web conferencing to

communicate with its customers. We
hope it will allow us to keep better

2007 CRJ Operators' Conference &
Trade Show
Satori has participated in this year's CRJ Operators' Conference
& Trade Show held in Montreal from June 11 to the 15th. This conference was
organized by Bombardier to inform its operators of new updates, achievements and
in-service issues on the CRJ fleet. It was also the occasion for us to meet with
the operators, other suppliers and Bombardier staff.(...)

Satori Air
Services named Airbus North
America's Best Support center for
2006
During last December’s Airbus Supplier Support Symposium
held in Washington DC, Satori Air Services was awarded the best Support Center
in the Americas for 2006.This prestigious recognition is given to companies that
are part of the Airbus Supplier Performance Indicators program (ASPI) which
monitors deliveries to meet GCP requirements.(...)

AEA’s 49th Annual Convention & Trade Show
Satori has participated in this year’s AEA Annual Convention & Trade Show held in
Palm Springs California from April 19th to the 22nd. The event was quite a success
with over 1,650 attendees and more than 140 exhibitors including Satori.(...)

Satori’s 20th Anniversary
Satori Air Services was founded in November 1985 as TEAM Inc, a subsidiary of TEAM
SA in France. Satori spent a number of years as TEAM SA’s subsidiary and later became
Satori Air Services to allow the company’s growth by representing different OEMs.
Now also representing Air Precision, we are specialized in the maintenance of Instrument
and Avionic components. Not only are we celebrating Satori’s 20th anniversary but
we are also celebrating the 10th year of service of Ms. Manon Labelle and Mr. Houmphet
Souralay. We would like to thank them for their dedication to Satori.(...)
