Satori Air Services was founded in November 1985 as TEAM Inc, a subsidiary of TEAM SA in France. Satori spent a number of years as TEAM SA’s subsidiary and later became Satori Air Services to allow the company’s growth by representing different OEMs. Now also representing Air Precision, we are specialized in the maintenance of Instrument and Avionic components. Not only are we celebrating Satori’s 20th anniversary but we are also celebrating the 10th year of service of Ms. Manon Labelle and Mr. Houmphet Souralay. We would like to thank them for their dedication to Satori.


Performances Results

All related departments have put tremendous efforts into improving their performances and we are now proud to announce great results for On time Repairs and Spares deliveries for Airbus operators. The Repair Department delivered 100% “On Time Repairs” for a third consecutive month. Also for a period of 3 months in a row, the Sales Department delivered its orders on time above the target of 95%. Our team is focusing on maintaining these fantastic results by daily monitoring the achieved performances. Our goal is to maintain the same results for the entire year of 2006 and to apply those efforts to all other products.


Your Support Department

Satori’s Support Department has grown to better serve your needs. A team dedicated to working full time on all your requirements has been put in place for the past year and has shown tremendous flexibility to answer a variety of requests. The maximum efforts are being allocated to all received requests and answers are being provided in a record time.

Our team has the privilege to be supported by bigger organizations such as TEAM. With TEAM’s assistance, this support group has a global picture of the worldwide support needed for our products and services.


Employee Profile: Marc Lapasset, VP

For our first profile it is appropriate to start with our Vice President, Marc Lapasset. He has been with Satori for an entire year now and the Canadian weather hasn’t scared him away yet. He arrived from TEAM in France back in February 2005 during the worst time of the year as the cold temperatures reach bottom low.

With almost 30 years of experience in the Aeronautical industry, Marc has managed a number of projects related to the conception, development and launch of diverse aeronautical systems. He has also provided technical support for major airlines and has been Manager of departments such as Aeronautical Research & Development and Avionics. Now as Customer Support Manager for both TEAM and Satori, he is overseeing TEAM’s Worldwide Support and manages Satori as VP. One thing is for sure, there is not much time left for vacation with his work load...
