Satori has participated in this year's CRJ Operators' Conference & Trade Show held in Montreal from June 11 to the 15th. This conference was organized by Bombardier to inform its operators of new updates, achievements and in-service issues on the CRJ fleet. It was also the occasion for us to meet with the operators, other suppliers and Bombardier staff.

Our participation to the Trade Show provided us with a great opportunity to promote the different products offered by the OEMs TEAM and AIR PRECISON and allowed us to meet face to face with the operators flying the CRJ worldwide. On behalf of NEC AERO, we also presented some of their products. NEC AERO, part of the Cobham group, specializes in the design and production of on-board man-machine interfaces and lighting for harsh environment. Their products include Low Voltage Lighted Signs, Emergency Lighting Systems, Interior & Exterior Lighting, Keyboards, LCD Display Units and much more.

We have been pleased to have participated to this year's event as we have met great people and allowed us to promote and exhibit the different products and services offered by our company. The events and activities surrounding the conference also allowed to build friendships amongst all participants. We would like to congratulate Mr. Brian Garceau from Pinnacle Airlines for winning the 2001 Château Kirwan (Margaux) French wine drawn at our booth for the occasion.

For those of you who had the chance to visit our booth, once again thank you and we hope to see you at the next edition. Next year, Bombardier will be hosting the Q Series Operators Conference & Trade Show in Toronto and we hope once again to have the opportunity to participate.

Satori's Repair department has dedicated itself not only to maintain your units but to provide you with the best service possible at the lowest cost. With Factory-trained technicians, our repair personnel is using today's most advanced equipment and technology.

The Repair Administrator does the outmost to satisfy the customers' needs by providing a variety of services such as regular status reports, detailed shipping information and customized maintenance programs.
